About me

I'm a thirty something who has always had a passion for food. As a new mum with a little time on her side, it seems the perfect opportunity to start jotting it down.

In the real world, I work as a science communicator at Western Australia's science centre, Scitech. My passion for food has been with me since I was a kid: I've cooked for my family since I was 7 and still love doing it today. I've got boxes of Gourmet Traveller, Delicious and Vouge Entertaining cluttering up my garage and my brain and so many good food ideas that are simple, tasty and quick.

Married to the gorgeous Garry (GG) and with little Lily Annie Matilda to keep me busy, I spend my days playing with baby and cooking delicious morsels for us all to eat.
